We can support you in instructing an architect, deal with all the structural requirements for you, and finally provide an interior design service to ensure the finished product is exactly what you dreamed of.
Getting
Started
We start every project with a consultation to discuss your needs and goals. From there, we develop a detailed plan that outlines the scope, the timeline, and the budget. Once you confirm you would like us to work for you, we will schedule your job in, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Architectural
Depending on the scope of your project, if you need the services of an architect we can put you in touch with experienced, talented architects who can discuss with you your needs and how to the get the most out of your property. They will then produce detailed plans and once you are happy they will submit them to planning, following them through to approval.
Structural
We work closely with a highly experienced structural engineer and can put you in touch to discuss your project, or we can liaise with him to design any structural requirements you have.
If the work needs to be submitted for building regulations we will arrange this and will undertake all communication with the building inspector throughout the project.
Interiors
Once you have your architectural plans finalised we can work with you on space planning and designing the interior details. Or maybe you just need a little inspiration or advice on colours and finishes. We offer four different packages to suit different budgets and design requirements. All you have to do is choose which is the best fit for you and we'll do the rest.
